Peer to Peer Review - School Partnership Programme

This school is part of the Schools Partnership Programme which is developing a school to school peer reviews over the next 3 years to improve outcomes for our pupils. This programme is part of the Educational Development Trust research programme. We are working with the Lymm Cluster of eight schools to review all aspects of school life and develop a program of school to school support.

This school commits to reviewing the other schools in the cluster as well allowing other senior leaders to come in and review this school. The headteachers, deputy and assistant heads across the cluster all take part in reviewing each other schools. Each school also provide an improvement champion (Middle leader) who together will facilitate the post review workshops on school improvement areas.

The program consists of:

  • a review of data and relavent school documentation.
  • a pre - review meeting with the school's senior leaders and the review team
  • A full days review focused on the areas agreed at the pre - review meeting
  • A feedback session to senior leaders and improvement champions by the review team
  • A whole staff workshop on the improvement area by the Improvement Champions
  • A 90 day review of progress by the reveiw team
  • The cycle starts again

The document below is the recent Peer to Peer review completed on 15th January 2019.

The Improvement Workshop with Thelwall Junior Staff will take place 11th February 2019.
